🔥 Salesforce Technical Lead – Agentforce Claude LLM AI Agent Building Remote 🚀 Immediate Hiring Salesforce + Agentic AI Technical Leadership & Solution Architecture We are hiring a Salesforce Technical Lead – Agentforce Claude Agentic AI to lead end-to-end technical delivery across Salesforce platforms, LLM-powered AI agents, enterprise integrations, and intelligent automation workflows.

💥 What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery for projects involving Salesforce, AI agent solutions, integrations, and enterprise workflows

• Partner with business stakeholders, product managers, architects, and engineering teams to define scope, priorities, and implementation plans

• Design scalable technical solutions across Salesforce and connected enterprise platforms

• Provide hands-on technical leadership for AI agent development using Claude, Agentforce, and related AI tooling

• Build and enable LLM-powered AI agents, intelligent automation workflows, and user-facing assistant experiences

• Drive project execution by managing dependencies, technical risks, delivery milestones, and cross-functional coordination

• Review technical designs, code, configurations, and implementation approaches to ensure quality and maintainability

• Mentor engineers, guide technical decisions, and establish engineering best practices

• Collaborate with data, product, and business teams to identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases

• Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, governance, reliability, and supportability

✅ Must-Have Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or technical solution delivery

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Technical Project Lead, or in an equivalent technical leadership role

• Hands-on LLM development and AI agent-building experience (Must-have)

• Experience building or implementing AI agents, assistant workflows, or intelligent automation solutions

• Hands-on Salesforce experience, including platform capabilities, integrations, workflows, and enterprise use cases

• Familiarity with Claude, Agentforce, or comparable LLM and agent-building platforms

• Strong understanding of solution architecture, systems integration, APIs, and enterprise application design

• Strong project management and cross-functional delivery experience

• Excellent stakeholder communication, technical leadership, and problem-solving skills

➕ Good to Have:

• Experience across Salesforce development, administration, or solution architecture

• Familiarity with prompt engineering, agent orchestration, grounding patterns, and AI workflow evaluation

• Experience leading Agile delivery across engineering and business teams

• Exposure to cloud platforms, data pipelines, analytics ecosystems, or workflow automation tools

• Salesforce certifications or relevant AI/platform certifications
