Chapter Director

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and relationship-focused Chapter Director to manage member engagement, strengthen professional networks, and drive chapter growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and networking skills with the ability to build insightful relationships with members, business leaders, and stakeholders while ensuring a seamless member experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with chapter members and business professionals.
• Engage with members regularly to understand their business goals and networking needs.
• Plan, coordinate, and support chapter meetings, networking events, and business sessions.
• Onboard new members and ensure a positive member experience.
• Facilitate meaningful business connections and collaborations within the chapter.
• Maintain accurate member records and follow up on engagement activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to execute chapter initiatives and events.
• Gather member feedback and implement engagement strategies to improve participation.
• Support chapter growth by identifying new membership opportunities.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in Relationship Management, Client Engagement, Business Development, Community Management, or Event Coordination.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build and nurture insightful professional relationships.
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Willingness to attend networking events and interact with business professionals.
