Take a leading role in bringing next-generation AI security solutions to enterprise and public sector organizations in a rapidly evolving cybersecurity landscape.
As an AI Security Sales Executive, you will own the sales strategy and revenue targets for a dedicated portfolio of AI security products, managing opportunities from initial engagement through closing.
You will identify and win high-value new accounts while expanding existing customer relationships and unlocking new business opportunities.
Working closely with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and product leaders, you will help customers understand and address emerging risks associated with AI adoption.
You will combine commercial expertise with technical curiosity to engage security leaders and confidently discuss AI architecture, cloud security, and AI agent protection.
In this high-growth environment, you will help shape go-to-market strategies, influence product development, and establish effective sales practices for an emerging security category.
This is an opportunity to make a measurable impact while building expertise in one of the fastest-growing areas of cybersecurity.
Accountabilities:
- Own the AI security sales quota within your assigned territory, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting and initial conversations to negotiation and closing.
- Identify, pursue, and secure high-value enterprise and public sector opportunities, focusing on new customer acquisition and strategic account development.
- Drive expansion opportunities across the existing customer base through targeted upselling initiatives and the introduction of additional AI security solutions.
- Prioritize opportunities strategically, allocating time and resources to the prospects and accounts with the greatest potential for business impact.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to integrate AI security solutions into broader customer strategies, equip sales teams with relevant expertise, and support the most strategic deals.
- Engage technical stakeholders in detailed discussions about behavioral AI, cloud security, AI architecture, and agent security, adapting the sales approach to each customer’s needs.
- Lead design partner discussions for products in early availability, coordinating with product leadership and internal specialists to structure opportunities and secure the appropriate resources.
- Share customer feedback, market insights, and competitive intelligence with product leadership to influence product development, positioning, and go-to-market execution.
- Help develop and refine the sales playbook as the AI security portfolio evolves, keeping pace with new capabilities, product releases, and changes in market availability.
- Build trusted relationships with executive decision-makers, security leaders, and technical teams to establish credibility and accelerate adoption of emerging AI security technologies.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of quota-carrying sales experience, primarily within enterprise accounts, with a demonstrated track record of acquiring new customers and expanding existing business.
- Strong technical knowledge and curiosity, with the ability to discuss AI architecture, cloud security concepts, and behavioral AI models in sufficient depth to establish credibility with technical buyers.
- A proactive, hunter-oriented sales mindset, combined with sound commercial judgment and the ability to prioritize effectively in a high-demand environment.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles, engaging multiple stakeholders, and translating technical solutions into clear business value.
- Ability to operate independently in an evolving environment where products, processes, and sales strategies are continuously being developed.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation skills, particularly when engaging senior executives and technical decision-makers.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively alongside Account Executives, Sales Engineering, and Product teams while maintaining ownership of individual targets.
- Adaptability, initiative, and a willingness to contribute to the development of new sales methodologies and market strategies. …
