Job Title: Python Developer with Generative AI

Experience: 6-10 Years

Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer with Generative AI experience to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python development, Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI frameworks, and cloud-based AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable applications using Python and Generative AI technologies.
• Build and integrate AI/ML models, including Large Language Models (LLMs), into enterprise applications.
• Develop intelligent chatbots, virtual assistants, RAG-based solutions, and AI automation workflows.
• Work with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, and OpenAI APIs.
• Implement prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and optimization techniques.
• Design and manage vector databases for semantic search and retrieval systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions.
• Develop REST APIs and microservices for AI applications.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI and machine learning technologies.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and AI application development.
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, OpenAI, or similar AI frameworks.
• Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures and vector databases such as Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS, or Weaviate.
• Experience in API development using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Understanding of machine learning concepts and model deployment.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in NLP, deep learning, and AI model fine-tuning.
• Exposure to MLOps and AI deployment pipelines.
• Relevant certifications in AI, Machine Learning, or Cloud technologies are a plus.
