About the Opportunity

We are recruiting an experienced Freelance UX Designer to support a creative agency specialising in healthcare and pharmaceutical advertising.

This is an exciting opportunity for a UX professional who understands the complexities of healthcare communications and can translate complex information into intuitive, engaging and user-friendly digital experiences.

Working approximately 20 hours per week , you’ll collaborate with creative, strategy and development teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences across a range of healthcare and pharmaceutical projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, engaging user experiences across websites, digital platforms and interactive healthcare campaigns.
• Develop wireframes, user journeys, prototypes and high-fidelity designs using Figma .
• Collaborate with creative directors, designers, strategists and developers to bring digital concepts to life.
• Translate complex healthcare and pharmaceutical content into accessible, user-centred digital experiences.
• Ensure UX solutions balance creativity, usability, accessibility and client objectives.
• Support the development and refinement of existing digital experiences, identifying opportunities to improve user engagement.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience working within a healthcare or pharmaceutical advertising agency is essential.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma is essential , including wireframing, prototyping and UI design.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, user journeys, information architecture and responsive design.
• Experience designing digital experiences for healthcare professionals (HCPs), patients or pharmaceutical brands.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary creative and digital teams.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant healthcare advertising and UX projects.
• Comfortable working independently in a freelance capacity and managing multiple priorities.

The Opportunity

This is a flexible freelance engagement offering approximately 20 hours per week , working with an established team on meaningful healthcare and pharmaceutical digital projects.
