The Opportunity We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Designer to join a dynamic creative team embedded within a leading technology company. What You’ll Do

• Design within and actively help maintain robust design systems, applying typography, layout, and visual identity guidelines consistently across all projects.
• Produce compelling key visuals, campaign assets, adaptable templates, and essential brand collateral for the core brand and its various product lines.
• Work extensively with photography, including sourcing, art directing, precise cropping, and retouching images to perfectly align with brand guidelines and visual language.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to translate strategic creative direction into polished, on-brand executions.
• Develop and update scalable templates, comprehensive guideline documents, and organized asset libraries to empower the broader organization in correctly applying brand standards.
• Engage with fellow designers on the team, sharing constructive feedback and collectively upholding a high standard of quality.
• Thoughtfully incorporate feedback from creative and stakeholder reviews, demonstrating agility in iteration.
• Stay informed on the latest trends in typography, layout, and visual design relevant to the brand’s competitive landscape.

What You Bring

• 3–6 years of experience in visual or brand design, with a preference for experience within in-house, agency, or embedded team settings.
• Exceptional typography and layout skills, coupled with a meticulous eye for detail and consistency.
• Demonstrated experience working effectively within established design systems and comprehensive brand guidelines.
• Comfort and proficiency in working with photography, including direction, selection, cropping, and fundamental retouching.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of brand touchpoints and deliverables.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent collaboration skills and an ability to effectively receive and apply creative direction.

Qualifications That Set You Apart

• Experience designing for technology, semiconductor, or consumer electronics brands.
• Proven experience working across a multi-brand or sub-brand portfolio.
• Familiarity with maintaining brand asset libraries or design system documentation.
