Social Media Content Creator & Graphic Designer

We (website: www.nobelly.in & instaID:@nobellybier) are looking for a talented, creative and proactive Social Media Content Creator & Graphic Designer to independently manage our company’s visual content, social media presence and on-ground content creation.

This is a hands-on creative role requiring someone who is equally comfortable designing professional graphics, managing Instagram accounts, shooting engaging Reels, interviewing customers and covering company events.

We are looking for a content creator who can conceptualise, shoot, design, edit and publish—not someone who only manages social media calendars.

Key Responsibilities

1. Graphic Design & Branding

• Create high-quality social media posts, carousels, stories, promotional creatives and marketing materials.
• Maintain consistent brand identity across multiple company accounts.
• Design creatives for events, campaigns and digital promotions.

2. Social Media Management

• Independently manage company Instagram and other social media accounts.
• Develop monthly content calendars and creative campaign ideas.
• Write engaging captions, schedule posts and publish content.
• Monitor engagement, trends and account performance.

3. Reels, Videography & Content Creation

• Conceptualise, shoot and edit Instagram Reels and short-form videos.
• Shoot customer feedback videos, testimonials and interviews.
• Capture behind-the-scenes footage, team activities and promotional content.
• Edit videos with suitable transitions, captions, music and storytelling.

4. Event Coverage & On-Ground Shoots

• Physically attend company events, exhibitions and promotional activities.
• Independently capture high-quality photos, videos, customer interactions and event highlights.
• Create real-time stories and post-event Reels.
• Be available for occasional evening or weekend events with advance planning.

Required Skills

• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and/or Canva.
• Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar video editing software.
• Good smartphone/camera videography and photography skills.
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, trends, engagement and content formats.
• Ability to interact confidently with customers and conduct short video interviews.
• Good English and Hindi communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple brands, deadlines and content requirements.

Mandatory Requirements

• Must be currently based in Gurugram (Gurgaon).
• Must be comfortable working full-time .
• Must be willing to physically attend company events and content shoots across Gurgaon/Delhi NCR.
• Must have a portfolio demonstrating graphic design and actual video/Reel creation skills.
• Must be capable of independently handling the complete content creation process.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
