Who should apply

We are not looking for graphic designers executing routine tasks, design software operators, or casual contributors. We are seeking top academic and domain experts who can help AI understand the depth, creativity, and problem-solving frameworks of design and architecture.

You should meet most or all of the following:

• Native fluency in one or more of the following languages, in reading and writing:
  Bengali, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu, Arabic, Sanskrit
• Strong command of English for prompt interpretation and evaluation
• Deep expertise in architecture, industrial design, urban design, product design, interior design, interaction design, design thinking, or related fields
• PhD, MPhil, B.Arch, M.Arch, B.Des, M.Des, or Master’s degree preferred in a relevant discipline, or strong credible experience as a designer, researcher, educator, or subject matter expert
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and similar platforms

Your Role?

Challenge and Teach AI Models to Understand the Depth of Architecture & Design in Your Language

• Create prompts in your regional language that explore design thinking, user-centered design, visual communication, spatial reasoning, and innovation
• Identify AI blind spots and weaknesses, such as:
• weak design reasoning and problem-solving
• misunderstanding design methodologies
• confusion between aesthetics and functionality
• oversimplifying user experience and design challenges
• inability to evaluate multidisciplinary design decisions
• Help AI better understand how design is taught, practiced, and discussed across different languages and industries
• Collaborate with a global team shaping how AI understands design in diverse languages
