Inbound Call Virtual Assistant

Job Summary:

You’ll answer inbound calls, respond quickly to new leads, and make sure every inquiry is captured accurately and handed to our contractors. You’ll shine here if you have a confident phone presence, strong follow-up habits, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls professionally and respond quickly to new cleaning leads
• Gather detailed customer information, including location, type of service, preferred timing, and special requests
• Pass lead details to contractors clearly and accurately
• Follow up with leads by phone and message to move them toward a booking
• Keep a simple lead log and update each lead’s status
• Send updates by email, with quick message pings for time-sensitive items
• Provide general administrative and operations support as needed

Mandatory Skills:

• Excellent spoken English and a clear, friendly phone presence
• Experience handling inbound calls and following up with leads or customers
• Strong written English for email and message follow-ups
• Ability to take accurate notes and record customer details
• Comfortable with phone and call-forwarding tools, and quick to learn new systems
• Reliable internet and phone connectivity
• Self-directed, precise, and consistently dependable
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in lead management, customer service, or appointment setting
• Background in cleaning, home services, or other service-based businesses
• Familiarity with simple CRM tools or spreadsheets for lead tracking
• Experience working with contractors or field teams
• Capable of running several tasks and follow-ups side by side
