Customer Success Assistant

Job Summary:
Discover your next role as an organized, proactive Membership Operations Coordinator supporting the owner of an established women’s training program. You’ll keep member activity on track, follow up with members who have gone quiet, draft the weekly newsletter and group emails, and help the owner stay on top of schedules and deadlines. You’ll shine here if you’re a strong writer who takes initiative and keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor member activity and check-ins in Everfit
• Email members who haven’t checked in
• Manage members’ moves between quarterly programs
• Keep member records accurate and current in Kajabi and Everfit
• Draft the weekly newsletter for the owner to review
• Write and send group emails to members
• Keep an eye on email communication with the member community
• Remind the owner about schedules, deadlines, and upcoming tasks
• Flag member trends and issues the owner should know about
• Maintain simple tracking systems that keep the membership organized

Mandatory Skills:

• Excellent written English with a warm, professional tone
• Experience with email-based communication and member or client follow-up
• Proficiency with Kajabi or similar membership and website platforms
• Ability to learn and use Everfit or similar fitness and coaching apps
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Self-directed, precise, and consistently dependable
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in membership, community, or customer success roles
• Experience writing newsletters or email campaigns
• Familiarity with email marketing tools
• Background or interest in fitness, wellness, or women’s health programs
• Experience supporting a business owner or coach as a virtual assistant
• Capable of running several projects side by side
