Job Details Job Title: For Director of Clinical Education - Physician Assistant Program

Employment: Direct Hire, Permanent

Hybrid/Remote Schedule

Hours: Full-time, 32 hours to work + 8 hours clinical time

Salary: $110-1k + great benefits

Relocation Assistance: Offered

Location: Hybrid/Remote in the State of Texas

Responsibilities

Lead development, expansion and maintenance of clinical rotation sites nationwide

Develop and provide ongoing management of the clinical portion of the program

Act as a liaison between the preceptor, student, and program

Provide continuous self-assessment and evaluation of the clinical portion of the program in accordance with the ARC-PA standards.

Requirements:

• Physician Assistant Program with a minimum of a master’s degree
• NCCPA Certification
• Physician Assist License - Board Certified
• 3 years Clinical Experience as practicing PA + 3 leadership experience
