Who should apply
We are not looking for generic legal writers, compliance assistants, or casual contributors. We are seeking top academic and domain experts who can help AI understand the depth, complexity, and reasoning behind legal and ethical decision-making.
You should meet most or all of the following:
- Native fluency in one or more of the following languages, in reading and writing:
Bengali, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu, Arabic, Sanskrit - Strong command of English for prompt interpretation and evaluation
- Deep expertise in law, legal studies, jurisprudence, public policy, governance, ethics, compliance, or related fields
- LLB, LLM, PhD, MPhil, or Masters degree preferred in Law, Ethics, Public Policy, or a closely related discipline, or strong credible experience as a researcher, educator, lawyer, legal professional, or subject matter expert
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and similar platforms
Your Role?
Challenge and Teach AI Models to Understand the Depth of Law & Ethics in Your Language
- Create prompts in your regional language that explore legal reasoning, statutory interpretation, ethical frameworks, policy analysis, and decision-making
- Identify AI blind spots and weaknesses, such as:
- misunderstanding legal terminology
- weak statutory and regulatory interpretation
- confusion between legal and ethical reasoning
- oversimplifying compliance and governance concepts
- inability to recognize jurisdiction-specific legal contexts
- Help AI better understand how legal and ethical issues are interpreted, debated, and applied across different languages and legal systems
- Collaborate with a global team shaping how AI understands law and ethics in diverse languages
