Job Description
Role: Physical Therapist Assistant supporting home-based rehabilitation for seniors and individuals with disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Provide hands-on care to improve strength, mobility, and safety in the home environment.
- Observe, assess, and document patient progress accurately.
- Educate clients and caregivers on exercises, safety protocols, and equipment use.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
