Who should apply
We are not looking for generic content creators, agricultural marketers, or casual contributors. We are seeking top academic and domain experts who can help AI understand the science, complexity, and real-world application of agriculture.
You should meet most or all of the following:
- Native fluency in one or more of the following languages, in reading and writing:
Bengali, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu, Arabic, Sanskrit - Strong command of English for prompt interpretation and evaluation
- Deep expertise in agriculture, agronomy, horticulture, soil science, crop science, agricultural economics, irrigation, animal husbandry, sustainability, or related fields
- PhD, MPhil, or Masters degree preferred in Agriculture or a closely related discipline, or strong credible experience as a researcher, educator, scientist, or subject matter expert
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and similar platforms
Your Role?
Challenge and Teach AI Models to Understand the Depth of Agriculture in Your Language
- Create prompts in your regional language that explore agricultural science, farming practices, crop management, sustainability, and agricultural decision-making
- Identify AI blind spots and weaknesses, such as:
- misunderstanding agricultural terminology
- Weak reasoning around crop management and farm planning
- confusion between traditional and modern farming techniques
- oversimplifying soil, climate, and irrigation relationships
- missing regional agricultural context and practices
- Help AI better understand how agriculture is researched, practiced, and discussed across different languages and farming communities
- Collaborate with a global team shaping how AI understands agriculture in diverse languages
