We are seeking an experienced Infor DevOps Engineer to manage CloudSuite environments, releases, deployments, and operational support activities. This role is responsible for maintaining platform stability, streamlining deployments, and supporting reliable system operations.

Responsibilities:

• Administer CloudSuite tenants and support environment lifecycle activities.
• Define and maintain environment, deployment, and release architecture standards.
• Execute deployments and configuration promotions across environments.
• Manage batch schedules and operational processes.
• Monitor platform health, performance, and availability.
• Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution activities.
• Support production releases, system changes, and platform maintenance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps, application administration, release management, or production support, including hands-on experience supporting Infor CloudSuite environments.
• Demonstrated experience supporting global organizations or international clients, coupled with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Healthcare industry experience is preferred.

Work Schedule & Support Requirements

• Availability to support U.S. Eastern Time business hours, including occasional after-hours support during releases and critical incidents.
• Reliable internet connectivity with backup support is required for remote work.
