ZATO Origin India Pvt. Ltd. is a New Zealand-based SaaS and AI product company building intelligent automation platforms for global customers. We are looking for a passionate Agentic AI Engineer to help develop next-generation AI-powered solutions.

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Agentic AI Engineer with experience in LLMs, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and AI orchestration frameworks. You will work closely with Product and Engineering teams to design, build, and deploy intelligent AI capabilities across our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI Agents and intelligent workflows.
• Build AI-powered assistants, copilots, and automation solutions.
• Work with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, and other LLM platforms.
• Design and optimize prompts for performance and accuracy.
• Build RAG-based solutions using enterprise knowledge sources.
• Integrate AI services with APIs, databases, and SaaS applications.
• Monitor, optimize, and improve AI model performance and token utilization.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to deliver business-critical functionality.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, IT, or related field.
• 3–4 years of software engineering or AI engineering experience.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and AI Agents.
• Knowledge of RAG, Vector Databases, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with APIs, databases, and cloud-based applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.
• Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol).
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Exposure to SaaS, ERP, Accounting, FinTech, or workflow automation platforms.
