We are not looking for generic health writers, medical transcribers, or casual contributors. We are seeking top academic and domain experts who can help AI understand the depth, complexity, and real-world application of medicine.
You should meet most or all of the following:
- Native fluency in one or more of the following languages, in reading and writing:
Bengali, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu, Arabic, Sanskrit - Strong command of English for prompt interpretation and evaluation
- Deep expertise in medicine, healthcare, Siddha, Ayurveda, pharmacology, public health, clinical practice, or related fields
- MD, PhD, MBBS, BAMS, BSMS, MPhil, or Masters degree preferred in a relevant discipline, or strong credible experience as a researcher, educator, clinician, practitioner, or subject matter expert
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and similar platforms
Your Role?
Challenge and Teach AI Models to Understand the Depth of Medicine in Your Language
- Create prompts in your regional language that explore diagnosis, treatment reasoning, patient care, clinical decision-making, and healthcare concepts
- Identify AI blind spots and weaknesses, such as:
- misunderstanding medical terminology
- weak diagnostic reasoning
- confusion between symptoms, conditions, and treatments
- oversimplifying clinical decision-making
- inability to appropriately distinguish traditional and modern medical contexts
- Help AI better understand how medicine is practiced, researched, and discussed across different languages and healthcare systems
- Collaborate with a global team shaping how AI understands healthcare and medicine in diverse languages
