Java Developer (Exp-10 Y) with Kafka & Cassandra-Full time-Remote

We are seeking an experienced Java Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Apache Kafka, and Cassandra to develop scalable, high-performance applications and distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot .
• Build scalable and reliable Microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Implement event-driven architectures and real-time data processing using Apache Kafka .
• Design, develop, and optimize data storage solutions using Cassandra NoSQL database .
• Develop efficient data access layers and optimize application performance.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support production applications.
• Write unit and integration tests and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with architects, QA, DevOps, and cross-functional teams.
• Follow coding standards, security best practices, and Agile development methodologies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Java application development.
• Strong expertise in Core Java, Java 8+, Spring Boot, and Microservices .
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and Cassandra .
• Experience developing REST APIs and distributed applications.
• Strong knowledge of multithreading, collections, exception handling, and design patterns.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
• Understanding of event-driven architecture and distributed messaging.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and production support.
