Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior AI Engineer with 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML development, and production-grade AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Python, AI agents, and cloud-based AI platforms, with the ability to design, develop, and deploy scalable, enterprise-level AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions using Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn .
• Build Generative AI applications using LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and vector databases .
• Develop AI agents and agentic workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex .
• Implement model fine-tuning, evaluation, optimization, and inference pipelines.
• Integrate AI models with enterprise applications, REST APIs, and microservices.
• Deploy and scale AI solutions using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud .
• Implement MLOps practices, including CI/CD, model monitoring, versioning, and automated deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into production-ready AI solutions.

Required Skills

• Experience: 10+ years in software engineering, AI/ML, or related technical roles.
• Programming: Strong Python skills; experience with SQL and API development.
• AI/ML: Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, model training, and evaluation.
• Generative AI: LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
• AI Frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, or LangGraph.
• Cloud Platforms: AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry, or Google Vertex AI.
• Deployment: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and MLOps tools.
• Strong problem-solving, system design, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building and deploying enterprise-scale AI products in production.
• Knowledge of multi-agent systems, guardrails, AI security, and responsible AI practices.
• Experience with model serving, inference optimization, and distributed computing.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
