Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on AI Engineering & Delivery Leader to lead enterprise AI initiatives, manage multidisciplinary engineering teams, and drive the design, development, deployment, and operationalization of scalable AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, enterprise architecture knowledge, stakeholder management capabilities, and proven experience delivering production-grade AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions.
• Design and architect AI applications, RAG solutions, intelligent assistants, and multi-agent workflows.
• Lead and mentor AI/ML Engineers, Data Scientists, Agent Developers, and MLOps teams.
• Drive hands-on technical design, architecture reviews, prototyping, troubleshooting, and production deployments.
• Manage delivery planning, resource allocation, risks, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
• Establish AI governance, security, Responsible AI practices, and production monitoring.
• Collaborate with global business and technology teams to identify AI opportunities and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Drive AI adoption, training, continuous improvement, and operational support.

Required Technical Skills

AI / GenAI / Agentic AI

• LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Embeddings, AI Agents, Multi-Agent Orchestration, Semantic Search, Model Evaluation, and Guardrails.
• Azure OpenAI and/or Amazon Bedrock.
• LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.

Programming & Architecture

• Strong hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, REST APIs, Microservices, and enterprise integrations.
• Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, GitHub/Azure DevOps, and DevSecOps practices.

Cloud, Data Engineering & MLOps

• Azure and AWS cloud platforms.
• Snowflake Cortex, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Apache Spark, Kafka, or similar technologies.
• Vector databases, Azure AI Search, OpenSearch, and knowledge retrieval.
• MLflow, model deployment, monitoring, observability, drift detection, and performance optimization.

Machine Learning & Data Science

• Predictive Modeling, Regression, Classification, Clustering, NLP, Time-Series Forecasting, Anomaly Detection, and Model Evaluation.

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, Enterprise Architecture, or Digital Solution Delivery.
• 5+ years of experience leading AI/ML, Data Science, or multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Proven experience designing and deploying enterprise-grade AI/ML or Generative AI solutions.
• Strong hands-on technical leadership with experience managing global/onshore-offshore delivery teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, problem-solving, and delivery governance skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Domain Experience: Financial Services, Banking, Secure Logistics, Cash Management, Operational Optimization, or Global GCC Operations.
