AI Video Editor – Reels, Shorts & Ads

TaleCrafters is a Hyderabad-based creative and marketing agency (the marketing wing of BoldBadger Studios) that helps cafés, sports venues, lifestyle brands, B2B businesses and tech products tell stories people actually stop scrolling for. Reels are our heartbeat, and we’re growing our editing team.

We’re hiring Video Editors with 1 to 3 years of experience who love fast, creative, AI-powered editing. Whether you’re about a year into your journey or already have 3 years under your belt, if you can turn raw footage into scroll-stopping content, we’d love to meet you!

What you’ll be doing

• Editing at least 4 polished Reels per day for a fun mix of brands

• Using AI tools smartly to speed up your workflow: auto-captions, AI cut-downs, background removal, voice and audio clean-up, AI visuals, upscaling and more

• Cutting Reels, Shorts and social ads with great hooks, music, transitions and subtitles

• Keeping up with trends and trying new formats that fit each brand

• Working closely with our content, social media and performance teams

• Handling feedback and revisions quickly while keeping the quality bar high

What we’re looking for

• 1 to 3 years of video editing experience (internships and freelance work count!)

• Hands-on experience editing with AI tools (e.g. CapCut AI, Premiere Pro AI features, Runway, Descript, Adobe Firefly, or similar)

• Comfortable with Premiere Pro and/or CapCut; After Effects or DaVinci Resolve is a plus

• Able to consistently deliver 4+ quality Reels a day without cutting corners

• A portfolio of short-form work: Reels, ads, brand content

• A good ear for music and pacing, and an eye for detail

• Curious, open to feedback and excited to keep learning new AI tools

• Knowing Telugu/Hyderabad audiences and culture is a lovely bonus
