Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Graphic Designer cum Social Media Executive. The role involves conceptualizing and designing graphics for digital campaigns, social media posts, presentations, and other educational materials aligned with Implex Edu’s brand and mission. The Graphic Designer will work closely with the content and marketing teams to create visually engaging assets, including logos, banners, and infographics, optimized for various social media platforms. Day-to-day tasks include developing and maintaining brand consistency, managing social media calendars, uploading and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and suggesting creative ideas to improve reach and interaction. The individual will also assist in basic video edits or motion graphics when needed, ensure timely delivery of design projects, and stay updated on design and social media trends relevant to the education sector.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create visually appealing digital assets.
• Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across platforms.
• Candidates should possess skills in Typography and layout design to ensure clarity, readability, and aesthetic appeal in all materials.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar) and familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn) are beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, time management, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting are essential.
• A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Experience in designing for education or non-profit initiatives and an interest in inclusive, learner-focused content is an added advantage.
