Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and system integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions while ensuring seamless integration with external systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, fields, automation, and data models.
• Build and enhance custom functionality using Apex, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.
• Develop and maintain secure, scalable integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Bulk API, Platform Events, and OAuth.
• Implement Salesforce security features, including authentication, authorization, sharing rules, access controls, and audit mechanisms.
• Manage data migration, synchronization, and data quality across Salesforce and external platforms.
• Optimize code and application performance while adhering to Salesforce governor limits and bulk-processing best practices.
• Manage deployments, version control, and release processes using Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD tools.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.

Required Skills

• 6–8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, Bulk API, Platform Events, and OAuth authentication.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data modelling, security, sharing rules, and access management.
• Hands-on experience with Git, Salesforce DX, and CI/CD tools such as Copado, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Experience in data migration, integration design, performance optimization, and governor-limit management.
• Salesforce certifications are preferred, particularly Platform Developer I/II or other relevant certifications.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently in a remote environment, and experience delivering secure, scalable Salesforce solutions.
