Gen AI / Agentic AI Developer (4+ Years Experience)

We are seeking a Gen AI / Agentic AI Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in LLMs, Prompt Engineering, NLP, Machine Learning, and Python, with experience building conversational AI and intelligent automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop GenAI and Agentic AI applications using LLMs.
• Build conversational AI, chatbots, and NLP-based solutions using ChatGPT and related technologies.
• Apply prompt engineering techniques to optimize AI model performance.
• Develop AI/ML solutions for text analytics, document AI, OCR, sentiment analysis, entity recognition, and predictive analytics.
• Translate business requirements into scalable AI solution architectures.
• Deploy and manage AI models on cloud platforms and containerized environments.

Mandatory Skills

• 2+ years of experience in Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, and Prompt Engineering
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Machine Learning, and NLP
• Experience with ChatGPT, Conversational AI, Text Analytics, Document AI, OCR, Sentiment Analysis, and NER
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, SpaCy, or Keras
• Knowledge of Statistical Modeling, Classification, and Forecasting
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, Model Deployment, and Git

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills: RAG, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Vector Databases, MLOps, Computer Vision, and Intelligent Automation.
