Title: UX Producer – Web Products & Developer Tools

Schedule - 100% Remote

Clients Location: Cupertino, CA

Duration: 06 months

Payrate: $95.00/hr. on W2

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced UX Producer – Web Products & Developer Tools to support a Product Design team developing web-based tools and digital experiences for software developers . In this hands-on role, you will manage individual product features from project kickoff through design execution, stakeholder reviews, and engineering handoff.

You will partner closely with product designers, engineering teams, stakeholders, and design leadership to coordinate project activities, resolve blockers, manage timelines, and ensure features are delivered on schedule. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of UX/product design workflows and experience managing complex web-based product features.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage product features from kickoff through design reviews, final specifications, and engineering handoff.
  • Partner with product designers, engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements, clarify project goals, and establish delivery plans.
  • Review Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and translate requirements into actionable tasks, milestones, and timelines.
  • Track project progress, dependencies, risks, and blockers while ensuring timely delivery.
  • Coordinate design reviews, stakeholder feedback, decisions, and follow-up actions.
  • Facilitate collaboration between Design, Product, and Engineering while maintaining design intent throughout implementation.
  • Communicate project status and delivery risks, adapting plans as priorities and requirements evolve.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience as a UX Director, UX Producer, UX Project Manager, UX Program Manager, Product Design Project Manager, or in a similar product-focused delivery role.
  • Experience supporting web-based products, software tools, digital platforms, or complex product features.
  • Strong understanding of UX/product design workflows, design reviews, and the product feature lifecycle.
  • Proven experience partnering directly with product designers and engineering teams.
  • Hands-on ownership of project timelines, milestones, dependencies, blockers, stakeholder reviews, and engineering handoffs.
  • Ability to understand PRDs, clarify requirements, and translate them into practical execution plans.
  • Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with developer-facing platforms, SaaS products, web applications, or portals with complex user journeys.
  • Familiarity with multi-step workflows involving configuration, uploads, reviews, testing, or submission processes.
  • Experience supporting products similar to TestFlight, UserTesting, or Google Play’s developer tools.
  • Background in digital product development or software design environments.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a hands-on UX/product delivery professional who has personally driven web-based product features from kickoff through design execution, stakeholder reviews, and engineering handoff. This role emphasizes practical project execution and cross-functional coordination rather than high-level program strategy, people management, or marketing-focused creative production.

Location Preference: Candidates located in the Cupertino, CA area are strongly preferred. Local candidates must be available to work remotely from the area, and candidates based in Culver City, CA, also be considered.

A portfolio is mandatory. Candidates must provide a portfolio showcasing relevant UX/product design project delivery experience, including web-based products, design workflows, and collaboration with design and engineering teams.
