About The Role Our AI agents hold thousands of voice conversations with customers every day. We’re now launching Hindi conversations and hiring our first Hindi-speaking Conversation Designer. Your job is to make Hindi a strength of our product and keep its quality on par with English as we scale.

This is a remote role based in India. You’ll join the conversation design team and report to the Conversation Quality Lead. You’ll design our Hindi AI agents and help set the standard for what excellent Hindi sounds like in our product. You’ll also work across the wider design workload: structuring requirements, designing conversations in Hindi and English, and writing and refining the prompts that bring those designs to life.

What You’ll Own

• Design conversations for new voice AI agents, for new and existing clients, including conversation flows, dialogue structure, copy, and edge-case handling.
• Lead Hindi conversation design: design, review, and launch Hindi agents, and act as the team’s go-to voice on the linguistic and cultural quality of Hindi conversations.
• Write, test, and iterate on prompts for our agents, working closely with prompt engineers to turn designs into working agents.
• Prepare clear handover packages (requirements, conversation designs, and guidelines) so the team can build with no open questions.
• Work with the analytics team to track agent performance, report on the impact of your design changes, and recommend the next optimizations for each agent.
• Run conversation quality reviews on live agents, covering quality dimensions outside compliance QA.
• Contribute to our conversation design standards and methodology, and help improve the processes the team relies on.
• Drive our north-star metric: the conversion of promises-to-pay into kept promises.

What We’re Looking For

• Native or fully fluent Hindi speaker. This is non-negotiable. You speak, read, and write Hindi fluently in Devanagari script, can hear when a conversation sounds off, and can explain exactly why.
• Natural, everyday conversational Hindi. You know how real customers speak, including comfortable Hindi–English code-switching, and can write dialogue that sounds human rather than textbook.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• At least 1 year of hands-on conversation design or prompt engineering experience on production Voice AI agents. You’ve worked on a voice agent that went live with real users.
• Data skills. You can track and report on agent performance and use data to show the impact of your design decisions.
• Strong ownership. You work well in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where structure is still being built.
• Rigor and attention to detail. You treat documentation, reviews, and quality checks as core parts of the job, not afterthoughts.
• Curiosity about where voice AI and conversational interfaces are heading.
• Able to work hours that overlap with our Dubai team (GMT+4).

Nice to have

• A background in Hindi linguistics.
• Experience in fintech, collections, or outbound operations.
• Familiarity with how Hindi behaves in speech-to-text and text-to-speech systems (pronunciation, transliteration, numbers and dates).
