For our consulting company, we are looking for an experienced LinkedIn Ghostwriter (freelance) to turn our founder Kilian Markert’s ideas, expertise, and experience into scroll-stopping LinkedIn content that sounds exactly like him and consistently generates qualified inbound leads.

Responsibilities

• You turn Kilian’s calls, voice notes, client wins, and insights into clear post ideas with a strong angle.
• You package every idea with 3–5 hook variations, the right format (text, carousel, image, video caption), and a clear CTA.
• You write posts in Kilian’s voice that stop the scroll, tell a story, and turn attention into comments, DMs, and lead magnet requests.
• You repurpose YouTube videos, reels, newsletters, and giveaways into LinkedIn posts and carousels.
• You work closely with our Lead Gen team so every post supports our giveaways, lead magnets, and DM flows.
• You track top creators and competitors, model what’s working, and proactively bring new formats.
• You review what performed each week and why (impressions, comments, DMs, leads), and use it for next week’s content.
• You leave thoughtful, value-adding comments in Kilian’s voice on posts from relevant creators and accounts in our niche, to grow reach, profile visits, and engagement on Kilian’s account.

Who we’re looking for

• Proven experience writing LinkedIn content for founders or B2B personal brands (as a ghostwriter, content writer, or copywriter)
• Posts that went viral on LinkedIn, for yourself or clients, with the numbers to show for it
• Excellent written English and business-fluent spoken English
• Nice to have: experience writing for coaches, consultants, or agency owners
• A true A-player writer who is willing to go the extra mile
• Above-average hooks: you know why a first line works and can write 5 strong options in minutes
• Ability to study a founder and write exactly like them
• A conversion mindset: you write for leads, not likes
