Web Manager, Web Strategy & Operations (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Web Manager, Web Strategy & Operations (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will guide enterprise web strategy and operational execution, with a focus on driving effective digital experiences that support broader marketing objectives. You will partner across teams to prioritize initiatives, govern web programs, and ensure launches are delivered with strong process discipline, compliance, and performance optimization. The position also works closely with analytics and cross-functional stakeholders to improve the impact, reliability, and efficiency of web efforts across the organization.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,031 – $148,865 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic web programs, advising on CMS and digital marketing best practices
• Prioritize and plan web initiatives in alignment with enterprise strategy and resource capacity
• Manage cross-functional web initiatives from development to launch and post-launch support
• Ensure compliance and governance across web initiatives, managing risks and documentation
• Collaborate with analytics to optimize web performance and recommend improvements

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree or equivalent experience in digital/web project management
• Master’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience
• Associate’s degree with 14 years of relevant experience
• High school diploma/GED with 16 years of relevant experience
