Performer Manager

We are seeking a confident, personable and diplomatic Part-Time House Mum to support the smooth day-to-day running of Sophisticats strip club in Soho and maintain a positive, professional environment for both performers and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with performers, creating a welcoming, supportive and respectful atmosphere.
• Prepare and manage the performers’ rota, ensuring schedules are organised and communicated clearly.
• Balance approachability with authority, ensuring club rules, standards and expectations are consistently upheld.
• Manage sensitive situations and interpersonal conflicts calmly, fairly and diplomatically.
• Navigate the dynamics of working with self-employed performers, encouraging cooperation while respecting their independence.
• Act as a reliable point of contact for performers, addressing concerns and communicating expectations clearly.
• Help maintain a safe, organised and professional working environment.
• Monitor the general running of the club and support the appropriate oversight of VIP rooms.

The Ideal Candidate

An excellent communicator with exceptional people skills, emotional intelligence and a thick skin. You will be confident handling challenging personalities and difficult conversations without taking things personally. You must be naturally diplomatic, fair and approachable, while having the confidence to be firm when necessary and maintain clear professional boundaries.

Experience in hospitality, nightlife, entertainment or a similar people-focused environment would be advantageous. Previous experience using CCTV systems, particularly for monitoring VIP areas and supporting venue safety and security, would be a bonus.

Pay: From £18.00 per hour
