Senior Solutions Architect, Enterprise AI Factories

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect, Enterprise AI Factories to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space.

This role will partner closely with customers, ecosystem partners, and internal teams to design and support scalable technical solutions for on-premises AI deployments. The ideal candidate will combine deep infrastructure expertise with a customer-facing mindset to help translate complex workload requirements into practical architecture decisions. Success in this position will come from influencing technical direction, removing adoption barriers, and helping shape future product priorities through direct market feedback.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $152,000 – $287,500 annually

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor, mapping customer workloads to the company’s technology stack
• Co-design scalable architectures with partners and customers while defining technical direction
• Engage hands-on with technical topics to support customer success
• Identify gaps between customer needs and the company’s offerings, helping shape product priorities
• Lead technical engagements to troubleshoot issues and advocate for customer needs
• Drive platform adoption by helping integrate SDKs and frameworks
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to support successful deployment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in software or hardware engineering, developer relations, or solutions architecture
• Deep technical expertise in system management software and hardware infrastructure at scale
• Ability to communicate complex technical ideas to diverse audiences
• Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to customer success
• Experience with on-premises AI-focused solutions and associated hardware
