We are looking for an experienced Lead Software Engineer passionate about backend engineering, distributed systems, cloud technologies, and building secure, scalable, and highly available applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop mission-critical backend services and distributed systems.
• Build secure, scalable applications using Java, Python, Scala, or other modern programming languages.
• Develop and maintain microservices, APIs, and cloud-native solutions.
• Work with AWS and other cloud platforms across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Drive system reliability, observability, monitoring, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver business goals.
• Create architectural diagrams, technical documentation, and design decision records.
• Develop secure and intuitive solutions for internal platforms and secret management.
Required Qualifications:
• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience in backend engineering and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with microservices, event-driven architecture, and containerization.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Strong understanding of system design, software architecture, and design patterns.
• Experience building highly available, production-grade services.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
