We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead design concepts, coordinate project development, and deliver high-quality interior design solutions for residential, commercial, hospitality, and other interior environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of interior design concepts, layouts, material palettes, color schemes, and design presentations.
• Translate client requirements, project briefs, and brand guidelines into practical and creative design solutions.
• Prepare space plans, mood boards, 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, material schedules, and design specifications.
• Select furniture, lighting, finishes, fabrics, fixtures, and decorative elements in line with project budgets and design objectives.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and project managers to ensure design consistency.
• Review technical drawings and specifications to identify potential design conflicts and recommend solutions.
• Manage design projects from concept development through detailed design and implementation support.
• Conduct virtual design reviews and provide feedback on layouts, samples, renderings, and material selections.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable building regulations, accessibility requirements, fire safety standards, and project specifications.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, design deliverables, and quality standards.
• Research emerging interior design trends, materials, technologies, and sustainable design practices.
• Present design proposals to clients and incorporate feedback while maintaining design integrity.
• Mentor junior designers and support the development of team standards and creative capabilities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.
• At least 5–8 years of professional interior design experience, preferably with senior-level project leadership responsibilities.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating completed residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use interior design projects.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or comparable design and visualization software.
• Experience producing design concepts, technical drawings, material specifications, and presentation packages.
• Strong knowledge of space planning, lighting design, furniture selection, color theory, and material coordination.
• Understanding of UAE building requirements, accessibility standards, and relevant interior fit-out practices.
• Excellent creative, analytical, presentation, and project management skills.
• Strong communication and client relationship management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
• Professional certifications or membership in a recognized interior design organization are an advantage.
