Our initiatives include AI-Powered School programmes, AI workshops, faculty development and student training, AI skill development programmes, and customised AI learning solutions for educational institutions and other organisations.
We are looking for a result-orientated business development professional who can build our institutional network, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue through partnerships, workshops, training programmes, and institutional engagements.
Institutional Sales & Business Development
- Identify and approach schools, colleges, universities, coaching institutes, libraries, educational centres, and other potential institutional clients.
- Conduct regular field visits to meet principals, school owners, directors, administrators, faculty heads, and other decision-makers.
- Present Brain Bott’s AI education solutions and develop opportunities for paid workshops, training programmes, institutional partnerships, and AI-Powered School implementations.
- Independently manage the complete sales cycle, from prospect identification and initial outreach to meetings, proposals, negotiations, follow-ups, and deal closure.
- Develop new institutional accounts and build long-term relationships with decision-makers.
2. Lead Generation & Market Development
- Research and map potential institutions across Lucknow and other target locations in Uttar Pradesh.
- Work on existing leads provided by the company while proactively generating new leads through field research, referrals, networking, cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
- Identify opportunities in schools, coaching centres, libraries, educational communities, NGOs, and relevant government or private institutions.
- Build and maintain a structured database of prospects, decision-makers, contact details, meeting outcomes, and next actions.
- Explore new customer segments, collaboration models, and local partnerships that can generate sustainable business for Brain Bott.
3. AI Education Programme Sales
- Promote Brain Bott’s AI-Powered School initiative and help institutions understand how AI can support teaching, learning, research, and institutional development.
- Identify requirements for student workshops, teacher and faculty training, AI awareness sessions, and customised AI programmes.
- Understand the prospect’s needs and coordinate with the internal team to prepare relevant presentations, proposals, programme structures, and commercial quotations.
- Convert institutional interest into confirmed workshops, paid training assignments, recurring programmes, and longer-term collaborations.
- Gather feedback from prospective clients to improve programme positioning and identify new business opportunities.
4. Sales Pipeline & Revenue Ownership
- Maintain a clear sales pipeline with lead status, potential deal value, expected closure dates, and follow-up schedules.
- Achieve agreed monthly targets for qualified leads, institutional meetings, proposals, paid bookings, and revenue.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and ensure that opportunities do not remain unattended.
- Submit regular reports covering field visits, new leads, meetings, conversion rates, and business development progress.
- Coordinate with the management team on sales strategy, pricing, client requirements, and growth opportunities.
