Job Description
1 Lombard Street, the landmark restaurant, bar and events venue in the heart of the City, is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead the business day to day.
The role
- Overall responsibility for the smooth running of the venue — restaurant, bar, private dining and events
- Lead and develop the senior team: the General Manager and Sales Director report to you
- Drive revenue, control costs and deliver agreed financial targets, working closely with the Financial Controller
- Uphold service, compliance and brand standards across all operations
- Report to the CEO
About you
- Proven senior operations or general management experience in a high-volume, premium restaurant or hospitality venue
- Strong commercial and P&L acumen
- A hands-on leader who builds capable teams and accountable culture
Package: up to £80,000 plus performance bonus
