Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer for a consulting assignment in Stockholm.

Assignment Information

  • Location: Bergshamra, Stockholm
  • Work Model: Hybrid (minimum 3 days per week in the office)
  • Start Date: 9 November 2026
  • Duration: 6 months, with the possibility of extension
  • Workload: Full-time

About the Assignment

You will be part of a Nordic development team of approximately ten members working on digital solutions for motor claims handling.

The team currently has strong backend expertise and is looking to strengthen its capabilities with an experienced frontend developer who can take technical ownership of frontend development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance modern web applications using React and Next.js .
  • Drive technical decisions related to frontend architecture, code quality, and development methodologies.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, testable, and maintainable.
  • Improve user experience and create intuitive user interfaces.
  • Utilize AI-powered development tools to improve development efficiency.
  • Support and mentor other frontend developers.
  • Collaborate closely with backend developers, business stakeholders, and other team members.

Required Skills & Experience

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Strong experience in frontend development using React and Next.js .
  • Experience building modern, scalable web applications.
  • Solid understanding of frontend architecture, code quality, and testability.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools used in software development.
  • Ability to independently drive technical initiatives and make architectural decisions.
  • Experience mentoring and sharing knowledge with other developers.
  • Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English .

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with authentication and authorization solutions.
  • Experience with Azure and cloud-based development.
  • Knowledge of UX and user-centered design principles.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
