About the Role

I’m building a women’s footwear brand focused on distinctive designs, thoughtful detailing, and comfort without compromising on style.

Looking for a creative, detail-oriented individual to work closely with me across the product development journey - from translating initial concepts into designs to developing prototypes, preparing tech packs, and sourcing.

This is an opportunity to be part of a brand from the ground up and gain hands-on experience across verticals.

What You’ll Do

• Design & Concept Development: Translate creative concepts and references into footwear designs, with a focus on women’s heels and contemporary silhouettes.
• Technical Design: Create technical sketches, renderings, and tech packs with measurements, materials, construction details, and other production specifications.
• Sampling & Product Development: Work with manufacturers to develop prototypes, coordinate sampling, review samples, and refine designs based on fit, comfort, aesthetics, and feasibility.
• Sourcing: Research and identify manufacturers, material suppliers, components, and trims.

What I’m Looking For

• A fresher or recent graduate in footwear design, fashion design, accessory design, or a related field.
• An interest in footwear, particularly women’s heels, construction, materials, and product aesthetics.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Rhino, or other relevant CAD/rendering software.
• Ability to create technical drawings and a willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a practical approach to design.
• Someone proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment.

Any relevant experience will be a plus. Practical skills, curiosity, and willingness to learn matter more than years of experience.
