Job Description

Freelance Multimedia & Motion Designer Immediate Project Remote

We need an experienced freelance multimedia designer who can independently handle both graphic design and motion production for a 140-second (2 min 20 sec) English-language tutorial/explainer video. This is a short, fixed-scope project, not an ongoing salaried position.

Project scope

  • Translate a supplied script into a clear visual treatment and storyboard/scene structure.

  • Design graphics, typography, layouts and other visual assets.

  • Produce motion graphics, animation, transitions, compositing and professional video editing.

  • Deliver a polished, client-ready English video. Arabic subtitles are not included in the freelancer scope.

Fixed timeline (UAE time)

  • Start immediately on Friday 23 or Saturday 24 October 2026; script expected 23 October.

  • Monday 26 October: complete client-ready first version.

  • Thursday 29 October: revised version after consolidated feedback.

  • Monday 2 November: final approved delivery.

Required experience

  • Strong portfolio in corporate explainers, motion graphics and tutorial-style videos.

  • Advanced After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator and Photoshop, or equivalent professional software.

  • Ability to personally own both design and animation without relying on separate suppliers.

  • Reliable communication and proven delivery under short deadlines.

Final deliverables

  • One completed 140-second video in agreed format, minimum 1080p MP4.

  • Editable source/project files and details of licensed assets.

  • Up to two rounds of consolidated revisions within the agreed script and direction. Major script/scope changes are separate.

Project fee: Target AED 5,000 fixed total, with limited flexibility up to AED 6,000 for exceptional, immediately available talent. Indeed may display an approximate weekly pay equivalent; the actual engagement is a single fixed-fee project, not a weekly recurring salary.

To apply, please provide: (1) relevant showreel and 2–3 comparable explainer projects; (2) confirmation that you personally handled design and animation; (3) availability to start by 24 October and deliver the first full version by 26 October; and (4) your fixed total project quote.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per week
