- You’ll be the bridge between Product, customers, and the market—bringing deep product and customer understanding to shape positioning, messaging, product narratives, and the path to value from roadmap through adoption
- You’ll own the product story and serve as a trusted source of truth for the organization, ensuring customers, sellers, analysts, and partners understand the value and differentiation of our portfolio

- Partner Deeply with Product:
- Own the relationship with Product and become a deep expert on the roadmap, technology, and customer use cases. Translate complex product capabilities and roadmaps into compelling market narratives and influence product and portfolio strategy
- Shape the Portfolio Story & Market Presence:
- Orchestrate the product story across releases, web, content, social, events, demos, videos, and customer stories. Partner with Communications and Analyst Relations to strengthen Salesforce’s category leadership and serve as a technical voice with industry analysts
- Drive Adoption & Path to Value:
- Define how customers realize value after purchase—from setup and technical guidance to best practices, tutorials, and maturity. Develop adoption content and enablement that helps customers, partners, CSG, and field teams get more value from the product
- Lead Cross-Functional Alignment:
- Bring Product, Sales, Marketing, Creative, Communications, AR/PR, Customer Success, and partners together around a clear product story and strategy. Build the source of truth that other teams rely on to tell the story consistently and credibly
