Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, building layouts, and design proposals aligned with client needs and project objectives.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, 3D models, design presentations, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with structural engineers, M&E consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure design coordination.
• Ensure design compliance with applicable building regulations, planning requirements, safety standards, and sustainability principles.
• Advise clients on materials, spatial planning, design feasibility, and cost-effective solutions.
• Monitor design development, resolve technical challenges, and maintain project quality and delivery timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Design, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in architectural design, building consultancy, or design coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural design and visualization tools.
• Strong knowledge of building regulations, construction methods, design documentation, and material specifications.
• Excellent creativity, analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional architectural registration, BIM expertise, or experience with complex building projects is an advantage.
