We’re Hiring: Serviced Accommodation Property Manager
Salary: £34,000 per annum + Performance-Based Bonus

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, organised, and proactive Serviced Accommodation Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our short-let properties.
The successful candidate must have a proven background in hotel supervision or management, with previous experience in serviced accommodation or short-term rental operations strongly preferred. They must be confident managing teams, maintaining property standards, resolving guest issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
This is a hands-on, on-site role suited to someone who takes ownership, works proactively, and consistently delivers high standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Property & Operations Management
* Oversee the daily operations of serviced accommodation and short-let properties.
* Ensure all properties are clean, presentable, well-maintained, and ready for guest arrivals.
* Conduct regular property inspections and monitor maintenance requirements.
* Coordinate repairs, contractors, housekeeping, and cleaning schedules.
* Maintain property inventories and ensure operational standards are consistently met.
Guest Experience & Reservations
* Oversee guest communications, reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
* Handle guest complaints, escalations, and service recovery professionally.
* Ensure guest issues are resolved promptly to maintain excellent reviews and guest satisfaction.
* Monitor guest feedback and address recurring issues.
Team Leadership
* Supervise housekeeping staff, cleaners, maintenance teams, and other operational personnel.
* Allocate responsibilities, manage schedules, and monitor team performance.
* Ensure staff follow established company procedures and operational standards.
* Identify training needs and improve day-to-day team performance.
Cost Control & Reporting
* Monitor operational expenses and identify opportunities to reduce unnecessary costs.
* Oversee maintenance expenditure and ensure work is completed to an appropriate standard.
* Maintain accurate operational records and provide regular updates to management.
* Ensure resources are used efficiently across the property portfolio.
Compliance & Administration
* Ensure properties meet applicable health and safety requirements.
* Maintain accurate operational records.
* Support compliance with relevant company policies and accommodation requirements.
Essential Requirements
* At least 2 years of experience in a hotel supervisory or hotel management position. This is mandatory.
* Previous experience in short-let or serviced accommodation management is strongly preferred.
* Proven ability to lead teams and oversee day-to-day hospitality operations.
* Strong knowledge of guest services, housekeeping, maintenance coordination, and property standards.
* Excellent communication, organisation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple properties and competing priorities.
* A hands-on, proactive attitude with strong attention to detail.
* Willingness to work on-site and take responsibility for operational outcomes.
Desirable Skills
* Experience with property management systems (PMS) and online travel agency platforms.
* Familiarity with Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, or similar booking channels.
* Experience coordinating contractors, housekeeping teams, and property maintenance.
* Experience managing operational costs and preparing performance reports.
* Previous responsibility for managing multiple properties.
