The teams building them need transactional lawyers who can run realistic commercial contract negotiations, judge how well AI understands contract language and legal risk, write the legal answer a practitioner would give, and explain where the AI’s reasoning falls short. Your judgment helps shape the next generation of legal AI. This is that work, done remotely around your current job.
What you’ll do
• Run simulated negotiations and redlining exercises involving commercial agreements
• Review AI responses to contract scenarios and identify their strengths, weaknesses, risks and inaccuracies
• Apply evaluation criteria consistently across contract-review tasks
• Turn your legal analysis into clear feedback that improves the model’s contract judgment

Who this is for
• 1–3 years of transactional legal experience in a law firm or in-house setting
• Experience with commercial agreements such as master services agreements or nondisclosure agreements
• Professional fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication and the ability to explain legal judgment clearly
• No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.
