Job Description
• $90–$300 per hour
• 100% remote
• Part-time
• Fully flexible schedule
Work on the cutting edge of dental AI, on your own schedule, and get paid for the clinical expertise you already have.
The AI systems everyone is talking about are trained and tested by real dental experts. The teams building them need dentists who can review clinical dental information, judge whether AI-generated content is accurate and useful, provide the answer and guidance a dental professional would give, and explain where the AI falls short in real clinical workflows. Your judgment helps shape the next generation of AI applications that work with dental records, imaging and treatment information. This is that work, done remotely around your current job.
What you’ll do
• Examine dental case data, add the necessary annotations, and label it for AI model training
• Determine whether dental content produced by AI is clinically sound, useful, and realistic in practice
• Assess treatment scenarios alongside dental records and images, checking their quality and suitability
• Advise project teams on software used for CAD/CAM, digital imaging, and treatment planning, then identify where dental AI applications need improvement
Why this is worth your time
• Get paid $90–$300 an hour to build real AI skills, on top of your current job
• Work directly with frontier AI tools and see how they are built, tested and improved, experience most dentists will not have for years
• Build a career edge for what comes next: AI is reshaping dentistry, and the dentists who understand it from the inside will lead that change
• Fully remote, fully flexible, no minimum shift, no commute
Who this is for
• An active licence to practise dentistry and a DDS or DMD degree; an equivalent qualification recognized internationally also meets this requirement
• Hands-on use of clinical software for dental practice, including CAD/CAM, treatment planning, digital imaging, or practice management
• Comprehensive understanding of workflows in digital dentistry, plus strong analytical skills, close attention to detail, and English at B2 level or higher
• No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.
Pay and details
• $90–$300 per hour, paid hourly as an independent contractor
• Fully flexible schedule; fully remote, United States
