What you’ll do

• Create and annotate realistic patient cases and clinical scenarios

• Check medical content produced by AI for clinical accuracy and correct terminology

• Judge AI outputs against clinical protocols and patient context

• Explain clinical workflows and terminology in guidance used to train the model

Who this is for

• Have current or recent clinical practice in the United States, and have completed medical residency; final-year residents are also considered

• Bring knowledge of general medicine, physiology, clinical protocols and diagnostic analysis, along with experience interpreting electronic health records, patient data or medical documentation

• Fluent in English; clear written and verbal communicator with strong analytical ability and careful attention to detail

• No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.
