Job Description
• $50–$100 per hour equivalent, paid per accepted task
• 100% remote
• Part-time
• About 15 hours a week, you choose when
• Minimum weekly submission requirements apply.
Work on the cutting edge of AI coding tools, on your own schedule, and get paid for the mobile engineering skills you already have.
The AI systems everyone is talking about are trained and tested by real mobile software engineers. The teams building them need people who can turn realistic mobile problems into hard coding tasks, judge how well the AI handles them, write the correct implementation, and explain exactly where the result falls short. Your judgment becomes part of how the next generation of AI coding tools works. This is that work, done remotely, around your current job.
What you’ll do
• Turn realistic mobile bug fixes and feature work into technically demanding coding tasks
• Build reproducible environments and deterministic checks that accept correct implementations and reject incomplete or hard-coded solutions
• Write reference implementations for valid solutions across React Native, Flutter, iOS or Android
• Review AI solutions for state and lifecycle behavior, then explain where they fall short
Why this is worth your time
• Get paid the equivalent of $50–$100 an hour to build real AI skills, on top of your current job
• Work directly with frontier AI coding tools and see how they are built, tested and improved, experience most mobile software engineers will not have for years
• Build a career edge for what comes next: AI is reshaping mobile software engineering, and the engineers who understand it from the inside will lead that change
• Fully remote and flexible, no fixed shifts, no commute
Who this is for
• Significant hands-on expertise in at least one mobile development track, such as React Native, Flutter, iOS or Android
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture, state management, asynchronous programming and application lifecycle, with the ability to debug complex applications and improve performance
• Fluent in English and able to create reproducible technical tasks with robust deterministic validation
• No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.
Pay and details
• $50–$100 per hour equivalent; pay is per accepted task, as an independent contractor
• About 15 hours a week, you choose when; fully remote, United States
• Minimum weekly submission requirements apply.
