What you’ll do
• Run simulated negotiations and redlining exercises involving commercial agreements
• Assess contract-scenario answers for legal risk, sound reasoning, and the key strengths and gaps in each response.
• Apply grading criteria consistently across contract-review tasks
• Turn your legal analysis into clear feedback that improves the AI’s contract judgment

Who this is for
• 1 to 3 years of transactional legal experience in a law firm or in-house setting
• Experience with commercial agreements such as master services agreements or nondisclosure agreements
• Professional fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication, analytical reasoning and attention to detail
• No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.
