What you’ll do

• Review commercial contracts and derivatives agreements, then mark up the documents with the changes you would make

• Use simulated negotiations to weigh the legal and commercial effect of proposed language

• Check whether AI gets contract scenarios right, spots risks, and shows precise, practical judgment

• Set objective grading criteria and identify important legal or commercial points that AI responses overlook

Who this is for

• A minimum of three years of in-house experience focused on technology transactions

• Hands-on work with commercial contracts across drafting, review, negotiation and redlining, plus familiarity with MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs or derivatives transactions

• Fluent in English; able to communicate clearly in writing and speech and present the reasoning behind legal decisions in a structured, actionable way

• No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.
