Job Description
• $100–$115 per hour
• 100% remote
• Part-time
• Fully flexible schedule
Work on the cutting edge of clinical AI, on your own schedule, and get paid for the medical judgment you already have.
The AI systems everyone is talking about are trained and tested by real clinical experts. The teams building them need inpatient physicians who can examine inpatient notes alongside health record data, determine whether chart evidence backs clinical claims, write the clinical findings a professional would give, and explain where records are missing or conflict. Your clinical judgment helps improve the next generation of systems for clinical documentation and decision support. This is that work, done remotely around your current practice.
What you’ll do
• Review inpatient notes alongside structured health record data
• Determine whether chart evidence supports clinical claims and flag omissions
• Evaluate patient assessments and diagnoses
• Write clear findings on gaps in clinical reasoning, care plans, and conflicting information
Why this is worth your time
• Get paid $100–$115 an hour to build real AI skills, on top of your current job
• Work directly with frontier clinical AI tools and see how they are built, tested and improved, experience most inpatient physicians will not have for years
• Build a career edge for what comes next: AI is reshaping inpatient medicine and clinical documentation, and the physicians who understand it from the inside will lead that change
• Fully remote and flexible, no fixed shifts, no commute
Who this is for
• MD or DO; board-certified in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Hospital Medicine
• You have clinical experience as an inpatient or hospitalist physician, with current or recent hands-on practice; experience from the past two years is preferred
• Fluent in English, with strong knowledge of patient assessment and diagnosis and of clinical reasoning in hospital-based care workflows
• No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.
Pay and details
• $100–$115 per hour, paid hourly as an independent contractor
• Fully flexible schedule; fully remote, United States
