What you’ll do

• Analyze how restaurants use Toast POS to handle orders and payment processing

• Create realistic restaurant scenarios, process documentation and step-by-step guides

• Assess Toast POS features and describe usability and troubleshooting challenges

• Label transaction records and assess order paths for AI training

• Fluent in English, with excellent communication in writing and speech and the ability to document processes for technical and non-technical audiences
