What you’ll do

• Assess inpatient documentation for completeness and accuracy, including nursing notes, progress notes, care plans and discharge summaries

• Judge whether AI-generated clinical outputs are safe, appropriate and aligned with the workflows used in inpatient care

• Use the standards and documentation practices followed in inpatient care to annotate and improve training data

• Explain unclear documentation, identify edge cases and give practical feedback on project guidance and workflows

• Be a Registered Nurse with authorization to practice in the United States

• Recent experience in inpatient bedside nursing as a Registered Nurse

• Bring knowledge of inpatient workflows and the standards and documentation practices used in patient care, with clear written and verbal communication in English

• No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.
