Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Azure Architect – Identity & Access Management (IAM) with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), Microsoft Entra ID, and PowerShell scripting.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and modernizing enterprise identity solutions, including migrating legacy MIM environments to Microsoft Entra ID and Azure-native identity services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-scale IAM solutions using Microsoft Entra ID and Azure.
• Lead Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) modernization and migration initiatives.
• Develop PowerShell scripts for identity automation, user provisioning, synchronization, and lifecycle management.
• Design hybrid identity solutions integrating on-premises Active Directory with Microsoft Entra ID.
• Implement SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
• Configure and troubleshoot identity synchronization, integrations, and provisioning workflows.
• Design and implement identity governance, access reviews, and automated deprovisioning.
• Troubleshoot complex identity migration and synchronization issues.
• Lead technical architecture decisions and collaborate with enterprise stakeholders.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) development and scripting
• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) implementation and scripting
• Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation
• Hands-on MIM-to-Entra ID modernization and migration
• Active Directory and hybrid identity architecture
• Enterprise IAM solution design and implementation
• Identity synchronization and troubleshooting
• SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC, and PIM

Required Experience

• Minimum 10+ years of relevant IT experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in enterprise identity implementation and modernization.
• Proven experience in MIM migration and Microsoft Entra ID integration.
• Ability to independently design, develop, troubleshoot, and deliver complex IAM solutions.
• Strong technical architecture and problem-solving capabilities.

Important: Candidates with only production support, monitoring, or maintenance experience will not be considered. Hands-on implementation, scripting, and identity migration experience are mandatory.
